September Flowers
I have been pretty sick since last week. I think I caught an early case of the flu...lucky me! At any rate, I am at least up out of bed and feel like I am rejoining the human race again. I'm still not 100% myself but I am getting there. I plan on trying to catch up with everyone by Monday. I have missed everyone! This was taken last week on Sunday morning in the park near where my son takes bassoon lessons. Since I haven't been near the camera or the computer in days, I hadn't remembered this one but it kind of feels good to look at it now. I cannot explain it, but I think its the tones and the softness that I find most pleasing. I like the narrow DOF and the way it emphasizes the delicate nature of the tiny flowers that were once colorful. It's interesting how the flowers turned pale as the leaves turn vibrant colors.
