The Quad at Bucknell
previous / nextOn Monday we took Russell to visit Bucknell in Pennsylvania. It was unusually hot but not unbearable, just strange. The campus is quite pretty although there was very little fall color to enjoy.
Russell definitely likes Bucknell and will be applying there. At this point he is pretty much on schedule as far as the college process goes. He has narrowed down his search and we only have to focus on a couple of "safety schools" now. He has picked his "likely" schools and a "reach" school or two.
This is the quad at Bucknell. The building in the distance is the library. I shot this at about 5 pm after the info session and tour were done and we were heading back to the car.

I know what you mean about this fall. Same in upstate New York. I went to school about an hour and a half down I80 from Bucknell and this time of year was always so wonderful in the mountains. Amazing color. This crazy weather has thrown everything off!
@ Photo Buffet...Bonnie, I actually called them and asked them if they might be interested. There was no one in the communications office at the time so I gave the admissions office the website link and told them they could contact me through the website if they are interested.
