Cream Rose

previous / next

What you see is what you get. Just a pretty little rose that was part of an arrangement. A study of delicate curves and subtle shadings taken with my macro lens with the soft, diffused, natural, light coming in through my glass doors in the dining room.

Not always what one finds it is what it is looked at. It must have the pleasure and the curiosity to try.

Roses are so lovely, especially when their blooms are opening and giving.

I love the way the rose is not quite perfect with one or two of the petals slightly bruised. Beautiful shot.

I'm more of a Daisy or wildflower girl than a Rose girl, but you have my full attention on this one. It's elegant and beautifully done.
