March Sands
previous / next (9-6-10)Well summer is winding down and I decided to post a beach shot. I didn't take many photos at the shore this summer. This one is actually from March of 2009. It was very warm that day...in the 70's.
That is Russ in the distance, he returned to Rutgers last weekend to start his Junior year. Wow! Time has flown. We are in the process of doing the whole college search thing again with Jon who is now a Senior in High School. We are also preparing for Rob's return from Iraq and his exit from more than 5 years of active duty with the Army and return to civilian life.

So many monuments to time Laurie. Its amazing that you are thinking about colleges again. Rob finally returning home, what a day of rejoicing that will be.
I love this shot of the great expanse of beach and your son shows the size and perspective perfectly.
Have a great weekend.
simply lovely, has summer written all over it.
the emptiness of this beach makes it looks so vast! wonderful capture.. :)
