Geese Flying South Over the Ocean
previous / next (11-13-10)I shot this a few weeks ago in Ocean Grove NJ. It was a lovely warm early evening in mid October and I was out in search of signs of Fall along the Jersey shore. We had not reached peak Fall color yet but the sight of geese migrating south is definitely something of a cliche fall scene. I do not get to see this over the ocean all too often. I took a number of shots of them in the short time I had to catch them over the pier and jetty. This was my favorite. Their formation is almost a representation of a goose's form.
