Vermont Road Trip 4

previous / next (7-8-11)

On our way home we stopped in Bennington which is a larger town compared to most of the places we visited in Vermont on this short trip. In Bennington there are several covered bridges 3 of which are within a few blocks of each other and which we visited. They are all very similar sharing the same color scheme and architectural style. I shot this one using a 3 stop ND filter and a 6 stop ND filter stacked to achieve a 25 second exposure in midday albeit overcast light.

Nikon D700
Nikkor 28-70mm f/2,8
25 seconds
f/22
ISO 200
28mm

Amazing shot! Also, I notice that the plants were very still, which makes the shot more remarkable.
